The Singapore Community Arts Network (CAN) aims to connect and support communities in Singapore and globally with the arts, and through the arts. CAN first started as a ground up initiative in late 2019 before being formally registered with the Registry of Societies (Singapore) as a not-for-profit in early 2022.
We believe that everyone can be involved in community arts at a place, pace and with people that you are comfortable with. In accordance with our key thrusts, we are now seeking to grow our network of Singapore-based supporters, partners and creatives so we can continue to fulfil our goals of Being Community-Centric, Promoting Place-Making, Advocating for Social Causes and Making Art Happen.
